Large Tree Removal

Tree Removal 01

A couple of our trees had their tops broken out during Katrina. They stood tall and straight, like very large poles. We’ve been wanting to have them removed for some time now, and today is the day! We decided to have two extra trees removed, as well. This will make room for a proper parking area for our camper, and allow us to add a deck and boardwalk connecting the bedrooms along that side of our house and offering us a private outdoor area.

This was one project that was definitely over our heads! Can you see Noel in the very top of this tree? Large tree removal is job that’s best left to professionals. Noel has worked for us before, and we have a lot of confidence in his abilities. If you need to have a large tree removed, be sure to get a company that is bonded and insured, and check references! This is not a project to take lightly.

Oh my! If it was up to me to take down trees, it wouldn’t happen — I am very nervous about being more than 12″ off the ground…Seems to me Noel is considerably higher!!!
That is one job I would never apply for !!!
But I am glad there are people who do it !!
I’m happy for the improvements you will now be able to make !!

(PS – I had to smile when I saw my anti-spam word — it was ‘roof’ ! I pray none of the tree branches fall on your roof!!)

So the wood from the trees, would that be used to build your decking or is it just taken away?
